Information you send us

Our contact links open your email application. If you send an enquiry, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, message and any links or attachments. We use this information to respond to you and discuss your enquiry or project.

Please only share personal information that is relevant to your enquiry. Email is handled through our email provider as well as the provider you use to send it.

Website visits

This is a static website. It has no account registration, contact form or payment facility. We do not use advertising pixels or website analytics, and we do not set analytics or advertising cookies.

The hosting service may process technical information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested page and time of access, to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose problems.

Fonts and external services

Fonts and artwork are served directly from this website. Visiting a page does not load a third-party font service.

Links to music services, the artist’s website and YouTube take you to separate websites. Those services handle your information under their own privacy policies. No music or video player is embedded on this site.

Keeping and sharing information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond, manage any agreed work and maintain relevant business records. We do not sell personal information. Service providers involved in website hosting and email may process information needed to provide those services.

Questions, corrections and deletion

You can contact hello@aidenstudio.tech to ask about information you have sent us, request a correction or ask for deletion. Please include enough detail for us to identify the relevant correspondence.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if the website or the way we handle enquiries changes.
